Global Feast

Come join us in celebrating some of the many cultures that make up Leonia's ACS student body. Enjoy food and performances by our ACS students and families.

The ACS Home & School Association joyfully invites you to Global Feast 2024. We warmly welcome all members of our community to participate in celebrating Leonia's rich cultural mosaic. What better way to recognize the diverse heritage that thrives within our community than through the universal language of food that fills us with pride. Join us for an evening of global cuisine and fun performances! The event will be held on Friday, January 19, 2024 at 6:30 pm at the Leonia Middle School Gym.

To make this event a success, we need volunteers to represent their countries in the following format.

• Table decorations with cultural displays
• Food representation
• Cultural Performances (preferably children but adults are welcome)
• Fashion show with traditional clothing (preferably children but adults are welcome)

The list of countries is based on previous representations but we would love to have new countries represented. Please pick "Other" and add the country name in the comment.

ACS Home & School Association 에서 여러분을 2024 국제 음식 축제 Global Feast 에 초대합니다! ACS를 구성하는 학생들의 다양한 국가와 문화를 대표하는 이 행사를 갖게 되어 매우 기쁩니다! 글로벌 피스트는 2024년 1월 19일, 금요일, 오후 6시 30분에 Leonia 중학교 체육관에서 개최됩니다.

이 행사를 성공적으로 만들기 위해 국가를 대표할 자원봉사자들이 필요합니다.

• 문화 전시를 통한 테이블 장식
• 음식
• 문화 공연 (어린이 선호, 성인 환영)
• 전통 의상 패션쇼 (어린이 선호, 성인 환영)

국가 목록은 이전의 대표를 기반으로 하지만 새로운 국가들을 환영합니다. "기타"를 선택하고 의견란에 국가 이름을 추가해주세요.

La Asociación de Casa y Escuela tiene el placer de invitar a todos a el Banquete Global 2024. Toda la comunidad está invitada a celebrar la riqueza cultural de Leonia. Qué mejor manera de reconocer nuestra diversa herencia cultural que prospera en nuestra comunidad por medio del lenguaje universal de platillos que nos llenan de orgullo. Unase con nosotros a celebrar una noche de comida y divertidas actuaciones! El evento tendrá lugar Viernes, 19 de Enero 2024 a las 6:30 PM en el gimnasio de la escuela intermediaria de Leonia (LMS).

Para que este evento sea exitoso, necesitamos voluntarios que representen sus países en el siguiente formato:

• Mesas decoradas con muestras culturales
• Representación de platillos típicos
• Actuaciones culturales (preferible de niños/niñas, pero los adultos son bienvenidos)
• Show de moda con trajes típicos/tradicionales (preferible de niños/niñas, pero los adultos son bienvenidos)

La lista de países está basada en previas representaciones, pero nos gustaría que nuevos países sean representados. Por favor, escoja “otro (other)” y añada el nombre del país en el contenido.
